This integration establishes a uni-directional data flow from SAP SuccessFactors (SF) to ServiceDesk Plus (SDP) Cloud. SAP SuccessFactors acts as the system of record for employee data and enables automatic, near-real-time synchronization of user information into SDP.
The integration streamlines user account life cycle management, significantly reducing manual administrative effort during employee onboarding, updates, and offboarding.
You will only be billed for the extension/app you purchase. We don't request any additional charges outside of ManageEngine Marketplace. (Note: If the extension/app integrates with a third-party application that requires a paid edition, you must make a separate purchase with the third party.)
