Most PAM360 customers ask us what is the best way to give external contracts access to PAM and without the need to setup vpn access to them. This is a great way to grant external contractor access to internal systems without the need of VPN setup for the contractors. Having the whole process documented in SDP why an external contractor is granted access (request, task, problem, change, or release ID) who has approved it makes sure all is documented and on top of this additional requirements can be made on the PAM site including access controls.
