Sync users from Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) to ServiceDesk Plus by using the scheduler built into the application. Besides importing the user's name and email address from Azure AD, the scheduler will periodically sync the user information to ServiceDesk Plus. By enabling the Microsoft Azure integration, you can authorize this scheduler to sync additional user information from Azure AD to ServiceDesk Plus.
Please note, this works only on the cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus.
