V-Support enables you to create and manage requests directly from Microsoft Outlook. The ticket is converted to an email and delivered to the mailbox of the technician creating the request. This solution also adds requests in the calendar and integrates with ScreenConnect, TeamViewer, Bomgar, LogMein, OpManager, and more.

  • CREATE REQUEST

     

    An email is converted to a request, and the two are linked at the click of a button. This feature makes request management failrly easy. 

  • REQUEST VIEW

    Create a request view by specifying criteria to manage those requests. This feature also provides actions such as reply, forward, delete, and add note.

  • SEND TO CALENDAR

    Send requests to Outlook calendar as a meeting or appointment. Enables you to click the appointment on the calendar as a shortcut.

Open Outlook, go to the Service Desk tab, and then click settings.

Enter the URL and API needed, and you're done !
