Additionally, the solution adds the request in the calendar and integrates it with ScreenConnect, TeamViewer, Bomgar, LogMein, OpManager, and much more.

    Create requests from Microsoft Outlook. An email is converted to a request, and the two are linked. This feature makes request management easier than ever.

    Create a request view by specifying criteria to manage those requests. This feature also provides actions such as reply, forward, delete, and add note.

INSTALLATION STEPS

  • Download and install from http://www.vlink.is/sdp.
  • Open Outlook, and go to the "Service Desk" tab, and settings.
  • Enter the URL and API needed, and you're done !
