This app provides a mechanism to enable automatic ticket resolution.
Automatic ticket resolution
The mechanism allows for automatic closing of tickets registered by the service catalog. Automatic resolution notification takes place when registering a new ticket by the portal, by end user and only for the specified request templates. When the system notices the registration of ticket by the specified template, it automatically sets the ticket status as resolved, with added solution from the knowledge base. The requester has the ability to reject the solution of ticket, in which case the complaint is assigned as a re-opened ticket to a specific technician.
